KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Key Deliverable For This Position Are:

  • Manage All After Sale Service Complaints And Resolve Them As Per The Standard Timeline.
  • Visit Dealer On Regular Basis And Ensure That All The Dealer Related Problems Are Being Solved Timely.
  • Maintain Good Relations With Customers And Provide Them Satisfactory Services Within Policy Framework.
  • Identify New Potential Business Areas For Spare Parts Sales.
  • Increase Of Part Sales And Expansion Of Part Dealers’ Network In The Assigned Territory.Maintain Proper Inventory Of Parts For Smooth Operation Of Branch
  • Control Warranty Cost & Expenses And Ensure Profitability
