PROMOTING THE QUALITY OF MEDICINES PLUS (PQM +) INVIT ATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Promoting the Quality Of Medicines Plus (PQM+) program improves access to quality-assured priority medical products and helps to address the proliferation of substandard and falsified (SF) medical products in low and middle-income countries. PQM+ strengthens medical product quality assurance systems in low an dle-income countries through cross- sectoral and systems strengthening approaches and the applicatio int rnational quality assurance standards across the pharmaceutical system. By sharing scientific exp ise and providing technical support and leadership, PQM+ helps create resilient and robust local heal tuberculosis, malaria and neglected tropical diseases as well Stems that address diseases like HIV/AIDS, Ove maternal, newborn and child health. In Pakistan, the USAID-funded PQM+ program reque s ssions Of interest (EOI) from manufacturers Of Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs) who seek techni port to enhance their compliance with regulations and achieve national and international certifications feditations or market authorization. This request for EOI is open to legally registered m cturers in Pakistan. Eligible manufacturers must have the capacity to achieve the proposed activity, produ th desired results, have a satisfactory performance record, and a record of integrity and business ethics.
