A copy of the technical proposals in the required is mandatory and to be uploaded as a part of E-Bidding before submitting Financial Bids. Scanned copy of bid security shall be submitted nically along with technical bid on E-bidding system. The 2% Earnest Money along with Additio security if any shall be kept sealed in the financial proposal, however affidavit in the Technical proposal stating that a bid security amoun 0 02% without indicating the figure in the letter has been placed in the financial proposal or bid, otherwise the technical proposal will be c ered as non-responsive. Bid security 2% of the estimated cost in shape of call deposit in original should be enclosed along with bidding documents. In case of bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 100/0 below n eer estimate, the successor bidder shall be bound to produce the additional bid security within three (03) working days from the issuance er of acceptance failing which 2% bid security will be forfeited and also legal action will be taken against the contractor. The amount of additi n bid security shall be equal to impact of financial difference occurring in the quoted rates beyond 10% below engineer estimate. The cont er will be given to next lower bidder after due diligence in the context of financial difference between such two bidder as per KPPRA notifi on dated 12th June 2020.
