FROM PEOPLE Request for Expression of Interest (EOD Establishment of a Trade Information Portal (TIP) As a signatory to the WTO's Trade Facilitation Agreement (2015), Pakistan is committed to establish a 'Trade Information Porta', (TIP) by March 31 , 2022 Although cross border trade related inforniation is available on various government websites, a single online portal providing comprehensive information on trade regulations, processes* procedures, information requirements and fee structure is yet to be developed. USAD Pakistan Regional Economic Integration Activity (PRE!A) in collaboration with Pakistan Customs/FBR intends to initiate the development of the TIP as pan of the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Initiative, in this regard, USAID PREIA is seeking the services of a locally operating ICT company for the design and development of the portal. Key Tasks to be Performed for this Activity Include 1 r 'As-is' business process mapping for Customs and setected government entities Involved in cross border trade regulation2. Content creation/uploading and management to structure and present the data on the electronic portat for ease of reference by traders and other stakeholders. 3. Software development of the electronic portal that will sente as a single access point of trade related information such as laws and regulations, standards, tariff details, classifications, licensing and permit procedures, relevant forms, fee structures, and other instructions and shall be fully integrated with the PSW as well as 3rd pany web services. 4. Strengthen PSVVs governance and operating structure to support TIP implementation and maintenance including transfer ot knowledge and technology 5, Developing easy to understand guides for users.
