TENDER NOTICE Sealed Tender is invited for purchase of Furniture Primary Schools (Male, Female) under scheme Khadim-e- Punjab School Program (Phase-I) in Punjab amounting Rs. 30.495 (Million) of District Bahawalpur from the experi- enced, well reputed sales tax and income tax registered firms. Terms and conditions are as under: - The interested parties are required to submit their technical and financial bids in separate envelopes packed in a single large envelope through single stage two envelopes bidding pro- cedure of PPRA Rules 2014. The words "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" must be written on the both small envelopes clearly. Separate Tender form for detailed specifications, term and conditions will be issued by the 0/0 the Chief Executive Officer District Edycation Authority Bahawalpur on payment of 1000/- per copy from the date of advertement till 19-04-2021 during office hours. The tender form will not be prov hrough post to any firm. If any firm still ins its application will be rejected. Sample of item must be p @ded before opening of Technical Bid. Sealed tenders shoul each the 0/0 the Chief irict Education Authority Executive Officer Bahawalpur by h d/registered post till 12:00 Noon on 20-04- 021. The tenders wil e opened in the presence of the bidders and the Purchase Committee in the office of CEO, DEA Bahawalpur on 20-04-2021 at 2:00 P.M (Tuesday). Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificate must be attached with the tenders. Every firm will give oath on stamped paper of Rs. 100/- claiming that the firm is not Govt. defaulter, black listed or disqualified. The bidders must attach CDR @ 2% of the 8. estimated price / cost in the name of the Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority, Bahawalpur/ Member Purchase Committee. Torn, over written, incomplete and unsigned bids 9. will be rejected. 10. The Sales Tax and Income Tax will be paid by the firm according to existing Govt. laws. 11. Successful firm will be responsible for the supply of furniture to concerned schools bearing the cost of transportation within the specified period according to supply order. 12. The successful contractor/firm will be responsi- ble for the inspection of furniture from the Technical Evaluation Committee. 13. The Verification / Inspection committee will also verify the specification, quantity and quality of the supplied material. The committee will sub- mit report within 15 days, after supply of furni- ture, clearly stated that all the desks have been procured/supplied according to approved specifi- cation, quality and quantity as per list provided by DEA, Bahawalpur. The contractor will be respon- Sible for the replacement of the rejected items. 14. The Purchase Committee will be authorized to reject all tenders under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. 15. Only those financial bids shall be opened whose technical bids will be found in conformity with the specified requirements. 16. Only the lowest evaluated bidder shall be award- ed the contract. 17. Successful firms will deposit 5% performance guarantee / agreement of the total amount of supply order within 10 days after issuance of advance acceptance letter.
